To Boldly Go… A Word of Encouragement for the Everyday Adventurer

A New Day

Summary: Putting yourself out there is scary, but it is also the key to success.

You may be doing great right now. You may not be. Either way, know: you are not alone. If you are at the top of your game, if you are in a career slump… you are not alone.

There are many brilliant minds that have come before you, to inspire you with their stories of striving and success. There are people around the world for you to meet. It could be the clerk across the street, or the artist across the ocean. They all need you. Your thoughts, your ideas, your input, your positivity. They need to you to continue to strive for greatness. They need a helping hand.

So, get up, leave your house, say hello. This modern era has been called the Age of Individualism, but it has also given birth to the Global Village. People everywhere are only a second away. A single click can reach them. Are you willing to go? To click? To explore? To dare? To strive? To help? To love? To care?

Right now could be a very defining moment for you. It doesn’t have to be a big moment, just a baby step, followed by another, followed by a third. Most change does not come over night, but today could be the dawn of a new era. Sure, it may not be easy. It may not be fun. But, it will be good. Keep fighting. Keep on keeping on.

I do not know what the road holds for you. But I do know this: if you keep putting yourself out there, you will learn, you will grow, and you will make a difference. So the question is: Are you willing to try?

Go with God, and never forget: you are of immeasurable worth.

Blessings to you in Christ,
