I find our general approach to money perspective on money. On one hand, we hate it because we believe it will corrupt us. On the other hand, we love it because it pays for things.
Think about it: all our villains are usually super-rich, power-hungry billionaires. Every political party rails against the wealthy. Even our church sermons condemn the rich, arguing that it would be easier for a camel to fit through the eye of the needle, than a wealthy man to get into heaven.
Money is what pays our bills, buys our food, funds our Kickstarter projects, expands our churches, and gives us peace of mind.
So, which is it folks? Is money evil or is it good? Allow me to argue that, really, it’s just a tool, and what the user does with it makes all the difference. So, use it wisely; use it for good; and, if anyone gives you guff over it, just wait till the next time they need some and then continue the conversation.
