If you’ve made it this far,
You’ve made it this far
It’s not easy
I’m sure there were times
Maybe you wanted out
to give up to give in to say it’s not worth it
I’m better off gone
but you’re not gone, you’re here
Thank God for you!
You are wonderful!
There’s no time like the present
Start making a difference
You are the pebble in the pond the endless ripple
Go out and touch the lives of many
who will benefit from your light
Expel the darkness
It’s a new day
Live it to the full
like a painting from the Renaissance
full of life
skilled and industrious
the noble woman of Proverbs
a pastel in charcoal skies
Lord Jesus, Maker of all things,
we are Your people. You are our God.
With a single Word, You created existance
With a breathe, You made us alive,
crafting us individually with Your mighty hand.
With the fingers that transcribed the Commandments
You write Your law upon our hearts,
a law of Grace and mercy and justice and righteousness and holiness and love.
You are indescribable, though I aspire to catch the faintest glimpse of You.
You befuddle me God, and that is good.
I long to spend eternity in Your arms.
How long, o Joshua, will your people hold back from their inheritance
what are they afraid of?
don’t they know that I AM God
I am a saint.
You are too.
It’s not our doing.
It’s just our state of being.
We are all heroes to somebody.
Let’s live up our call.
Standing in your presence
I fall on my knees,
Lord you are brighter
yours ways are better
I see the path stretched out before me
and I tremble.
Guide me. Lead me. Love me.
